We at the CNY Doula Connection
desire to serve families in and around Central New York and to help ease their transition to parenthood. Our hope is that
families would be well-educated about the birth process and that both moms and dads would be satisfied with the birth experience.
We want every mom to have the option of doula support and every baby to have a gentle welcome to our world. Our group places
a high priority on community outreach and making doula services accessible to families in Central New York.
To the Doulas:
Our group is here to help connect area doulas to other doulas
and birth professionals. We provide networking opportunities and social gatherings, where doulas can benefit from each other's
wisdom and experience. Doulas in our group also enjoy shared marketing.
Doulas in our group also appreciate that the only money they are required to pay is the yearly membership
fee. There is no charge per referral. Doulas in our group don't owe the group a percentage of what they make from the births
they attend.
