The transition of bringing your new baby home can be overwhelming and exhausting. When you are recovering from birth and taking care of your baby, the furthest thing on your mind is preparing and cooking healthy meals. Without proper nutrition though your health, mood, and even milk supply may be affected.
Chef Albert offers free in-home consultations to go over your dietary needs and to see what kitchen equipment you have. During that meeting, you will choose which meals you would like prepared. Price based on meal choices.
