Prenatal yoga classes are a great way to learn techniques to support a healthy pregnancy by helping to alleviate pregnancy-related discomforts and prepare you for childbirth by practicing gentle, modified yoga poses and breathing exercises.

Courtney
Courtney is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor registered with Yoga Alliance. She also holds additional credentials in prenatal, chair, and restorative yoga. Courtney's prenatal yoga classes feature a gentle flow leading to a peak pose, followed by a relaxing savasana. The focus is on releasing tension throughout the body and taking time to connect with your baby. All trimesters and skill levels are welcome. Modifications and props will be available as needed. Classes are held on Thursday nights from 7:15 to 8:15 PM at Blue Moon Yoga and Movement Studio in Liverpool, New York. She is also open to private and virtual classes upon request.
