Prenatal yoga classes are a great way to learn techniques to support a healthy pregnancy by helping to alleviate pregnancy-related discomforts and prepare you for childbirth by practicing gentle, modified yoga poses and breathing exercises.

Theresa
Theresa Church is a 500-hour registered yoga teacher with additional certification in prenatal yoga. She is also a certified prenatal and postpartum doula through DoulaTrainings International. Her calm, compassionate and deliberate style of teaching fosters presence, integrity and strength for all levels of practitioners. Her interest in yoga goes beyond the physical poses and it's her never-ending curiosity that inspires her to share this practice with others.
Theresa is also a women's circle facilitator and incorporates elements of ritual and connection in her prenatal yoga classes. Along with mediation and a number of consistent asanas known to assist in labor and delivery, each class provides a safe container to connect with your growing baby, and other pregnant people in the community.
