Each appointment will involve a variety of elements, from heat and muscle work to traditional chiropractic adjustments. Dr. Simpson has received invaluable training to treat her patients throughout all stages of their life, but takes great pride in her ability to treat women throughout all stages of the pre and post-partum period as well as their children.
Even more exciting, Dr. Simpson and her husband are dedicated AP parents to two beautiful kids, both after amazing and successful home births! Keep your eye out for her as she is on the steering committee for the BirthNetwork of CNY, and is involved with the Babywearing International group, the local MOPS group and much more! Make sure to also stay tuned for one of her educational workshops!

Fitness:
Angela Mosley
|
I'm Angela, wife, mother of 4, and lover of Christ and wellness. I love helping moms feel empowered and confident in their own bodies. As a certified Personal Trainer, Pre & Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist and Glute Specialist, I get to help moms feel and look their best with effective exercise post-baby and beyond.
When moms feel empowered and confident in their own bodies by taking care of themselves, they're able to confidently live a fulfilling life. That's why I love helping moms pursue their best selves through fitness, nutrition and mindset coaching.
My love for fitness started while serving in the military and it blossomed from there. I've been in the health and wellness industry for 6 years in various positions and gyms. As a busy mom of 4, I can understand how hard fitting in time to take care of yourself can be. That's why I created the Fit Mom Membership so moms like you and I running busy households have plenty of fitness options with the workout times we need to workout at home.
With my specialization in postpartum corrective exercise, I get to help moms improve their urinary incontinence, diastasis recti and help moms eliminate “flat butt” while getting stronger all over.
One of my greatest joys, is helping women feel confident and stronger in their new bodies as a mother.

birth & newborn photography:
Heather Yerden
|
Hey there, I'm Heather! I am a natural light Photographer that specializes in maternity, birth, and newborn photography. While photography was always an interest of mine, my true passion for preserving life's fleeting moments began with the birth of my first daughter. Newborn photography was a fairly new luxury and my husband and I were just 17 years old. Even then, I knew hiring a newborn photographer was something worth investing in. I was completely in awe during the entire session and dreamt of what an amazing job that would be. “OK Heather, snap back to reality.” I started school that fall at Crouse Hospital College of Nursing. Babies have always been my jam so I planned on working as a labor and delivery nurse, maybe even continuing my education and becoming a midwife. Despite my original plans, a typical daily trek to Syracuse for class turned in to an earth-shattering day for me and our new little family. Back and pelvis shattering actually thanks to a car accident. I spent several months wheelchair-bound and was not sure I would be able to return to the clinical life of being on foot for so many hours at a time. Long story short - it was a second chance not only at life but to think about my true passions and MAKE that dream MY reality. I began my business in March of 2013 and have photographed hundreds of bumps, births and babies since. God is good!

I’m a New York woman born and raised, when I say NY I don’t mean the city where you hear the bustling noises of the subway throughout the night, but Upstate New York where there are more cows and horses than people. I have many hobbies that keep me busy during the year like hiking, four wheeling, running, being in the woods and spending every possible moment with my husband and our kids. My family holds my whole heart which is where my love for photography flourished. Being able to freeze such a fleeting moment became my passion because I didn’t want to miss a thing. I have loved the history of photography and everything that comes with it since the first time I picked up a camera. My husband bought me my first camera 15 years ago and that’s where it all began.
I am a lifestyle and published portrait photographer who has earned a silver medal for the Peoples Choice Award In family Photography. I’m a visual storyteller who loves to help you design and capture the meaningful moments in your private life. In addition to the precious moments like maternity, newborn, senior and family sessions, I also pursue people in their professional aspects of life. From the CEO, the Dean of Students, to employees in the workplace, I can guide you in creating that professional, yet approachable, headshot that will speak volumes to your future clients before they’ve even met you. The quality of professional photos is priceless. With my service-focused business I will take you from our first consultation to your session, to hanging your portraits on the wall after we have hand-picked your photos from your gallery. I take pride in my work and create a comfortable, fun and relaxing environment for my clients every session.
