A visit to see Dr. Simpson means that you will receive an appointment with a treatment plan individualized specifically for you. She is a strong believer that there is no “prescription” of treatments that will make anyone feel at their best, but that incorporating chiropractic care and positive nutrition changes into your lifestyle will make a positive and noticeable difference. Each appointment will involve a variety of elements, from heat and muscle work to traditional chiropractic adjustments. Dr. Simpson has received invaluable training to treat her patients throughout all stages of their life, but takes great pride in her ability to treat women throughout all stages of the pre and post-partum period as well as their children.
Even more exciting, Dr. Simpson and her husband are dedicated AP parents to two beautiful kids, both after amazing and successful home births! Keep your eye out for her as she is on the steering committee for the BirthNetwork of CNY, and is involved with the Babywearing International group, the local MOPS group and much more! Make sure to also stay tuned for one of her educational workshops!

Caitlin Klossner

Caitlin is a mom of two with a passion for helping women safely return to fitness after pregnancy and childbirth. She is a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES), Certified Personal Trainer, and holds a master’s degree in Health and Exercise Psychology from McGill University in Montreal.
Caitlin is the founder of Fitness for Motherhood LLC. She works with clients to regain both strength and function through the core and pelvic floor, allowing them to return to the activities they love. She believes that knowledge is power, and aims to provide clients with information useful to any stage of their fitness journey.
“Following the birth of my first daughter, I wasn’t comfortable in my body. As a personal trainer, I thought I’d know just what to do, but I didn’t. I dove into the research and learned everything I could about the postpartum body and exercise. The information I needed to heal was out there, it just wasn’t easy to find. I want to change that for you. Whether you’re struggling with diastasis recti, pelvic floor problems, or you’re just confused about postpartum fitness, I want to make it easier for you to get back to what you love.”
Outside of work, Caitlin can usually be found with her family working towards their goal of 1,000 hours outside this year, running, digging in the garden and probably drinking coffee.
