She earned her bachelor’s degree in Honors Biomedical Science from the University of Guelph, with a minor in neuroscience. Dr. Simpson obtained her chiropractic education from the New York Chiropractic College and graduated summa cum laude and with honors in the degree of Doctorate in Chiropractic. Dr. Simpson is licensed by the fully accredited New York State Chiropractic Board and she focuses her practice on restoring and maintaining proper function of the musculoskeletal nervous systems. In addition to being a trained and licensed chiropractor, Dr. Simpson also holds a Masters in Applied Clinical Nutrition, a valued addition to chiropractic care.
Dr. Simpson has a strong focus on the whole family, from pregnant moms and tiny babies to children and adults; her aim is always to provide high quality holistic care. She is certified in Webster Pregnancy Protocol and is continuing her ongoing educational training with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, enhancing her skills and experience with prenatal and pediatric chiropractic care.
A visit to see Dr. Simpson means that you will receive an appointment with a treatment plan individualized specifically for you. She is a strong believer that there is no “prescription” of treatments that will make anyone feel at their best, but that incorporating chiropractic care and positive nutrition changes into your lifestyle will make a positive and noticeable difference. Each appointment will involve a variety of elements, from heat and muscle work to traditional chiropractic adjustments. Dr. Simpson has received invaluable training to treat her patients throughout all stages of their life, but takes great pride in her ability to treat women throughout all stages of the pre and post-partum period as well as their children.
Even more exciting, Dr. Simpson and her husband are dedicated AP parents to two beautiful kids, both after amazing and successful home births! Keep your eye out for her as she is on the steering committee for the BirthNetwork of CNY, and is involved with the Babywearing International group, the local MOPS group and much more! Make sure to also stay tuned for one of her educational workshops!

Angela Mosley
|
I'm Angela, wife, mother of 4, and lover of Christ and wellness. I love helping moms feel
empowered and confident in their own bodies. As a certified Personal Trainer, Pre & Postnatal
Corrective Exercise Specialist and Glute Specialist, I get to help moms feel and look their best
with effective exercise post-baby and beyond.
When moms feel empowered and confident in their own bodies by taking care of themselves,
they're able to confidently live a fulfilling life. That's why I love helping moms pursue their best
selves through fitness, nutrition and mindset coaching.
My love for fitness started while serving in the military and it blossomed from there. I've been in
the health and wellness industry for 6 years in various positions and gyms. As a busy mom of 4,
I can understand how hard fitting in time to take care of yourself can be. That's why I created
the Fit Mom Membership so moms like you and I running busy households have plenty of
fitness options with the workout times we need to workout at home.
With my specialization in postpartum corrective exercise, I get to help moms improve their
urinary incontinence, diastasis recti and help moms eliminate “flat butt” while getting stronger all
over.
One of my greatest joys, is helping women feel confident and stronger in their new bodies as a
mother.
