Recovering from birth and adjusting to taking care of your new baby takes time and many moms appreciate the support that a postpartum doula can offer.

• Care of baby; so you can nap, shower and eat a warm meal (with two hands!)

• Pet care - walking, feeding & socializing 
• Helping you understand normal newborn sleeping patterns
• Assistance in empowering the family unit
• Tips for gentle sleep associations and rhythms for your baby
