Your Doula Team

Two doulas work as a team to bring you the best pregnancy and birth support possible. In working as a team, you will receive many benefits that you would not get working with just one doula. You have the opportunity to experience pregnancy and birth support unlike any other doula service in the CNY area.

Knowledgable

You benefit from the knowledge and experience that 2 doulas have received attending hundreds of hours of trainings on various birth related subjects and thousands of hours attending many different types of births including hospital and home births, vaginal, cesarean and VBACS, unmedicated and medicated and everything in between. You have comfort in knowing your doula team draws on many years of wisdom and experience.

Refreshed

Because you have hired two doulas you will always have a fresh, rested doula with new ideas and techniques to bring to your labor and birth. When one doula is with you the other doula is always available to give suggestions and support and to provide back up to the doula on call.

Reliable

Doulas who work independently have a back up doula they may call upon if sick, attending a family emergency or attending another birth. You have the benefit of knowing exactly who will be attending your birth...no last minute backups...just the 2 doulas you have come to know and trust throughout your pregnancy.
